Alster Technologies Limited a software start-up company based in Accra is looking for highly skilled business personnel for full time employment.

What You Will Do

1. Sell various types of software products to businesses, schools as well as government institutions.
2. Develop marketing strategies to promote sales
3. Post sales support to clients
4. Recruit and manage sales staff when necessary to support sales campaigns
5. Managing Client Portfolio
6. Provide advice in line with the customer value proposition.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Commerce or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales and/or marketing
• Experience working in a software environment
• Experience selling new products
• Experience in business accounting, digital marketing, sales preferred.
• Must be tech-savvy with competency in use of MS Office Suite, social media platforms, etc
