Personal Assistant

Overview

The Personal Assistant role is a fully remote position that supports the daily operations of a busy professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for creating and managing documents and presentations using Canva and MS Word, managing and organizing data using Excel, providing administrative support to the team, and acting as a liaison between the team and external clients and partners. Additionally, the personal assistant will be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends. Tech Savvy and ready to learn.


What You Will Do

  1. Creating and managing documents and presentations using Canva and MS Word
  2. Managing and organizing data using Excel
  3. Providing administrative support to the team
  4. Acting as a liaison between the team and external clients and partners
  5. Staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends and tools
  6. Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  7. Responding to and routing communications, such as email and phone calls
  8. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, both virtual and in-person if necessary
  9. Maintaining and updating contact lists and databases
  10. Assisting with research and data analysis projects
  11. Managing calendar and schedule for the team or the individual the role is supporting
  12. Performing ad-hoc tasks as required
  13. Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  14. Delivering stock items to client
  15. Keeping stock and inventory of products available for sale.
  16. Managing expense reports, invoices and other financial documents
  17. Advertising products on various social media platforms.
  18. Assisting with social media and digital marketing tasks if required
  19. Any other duty designated

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Strong skills in Canva, MS Word, and Excel
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
