PA / Social Media Marketing Assistant

Are you a highly organized and creative individual with a passion for social media marketing? Do you excel in Microsoft Office applications and possess experience with GoDaddy websites? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a PA/Social Media Marketing Assistant!

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management: Take charge of managing our company’s social media accounts on various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and proactively seek opportunities to boost followers and engagement.
  2. Content Creation: Utilize your exceptional creativity to develop eye-catching and engaging content for our social media postings. This includes designing graphics and images using software like Canva and Adobe Photoshop and creating compelling videos through video editing software.
  3. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to assist in various administrative tasks and data management.
  4. Website Management: Utilize your experience with GoDaddy websites and WordPress (if applicable) to update and maintain our company website, ensuring it remains visually appealing and user-friendly.
  5. Self-Initiative: Exhibit a proactive attitude by identifying and implementing improvements to social media strategies and administrative processes without constant supervision.
  6. Time Flexibility: Be willing to work during odd hours as needed, especially when there are time-sensitive social media campaigns or important deadlines to meet.
  7. Respectful and Professional: Maintain a high level of professionalism, respect, and integrity in all interactions with team members, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in social media marketing and managing social media accounts is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Familiarity with GoDaddy websites and experience with WordPress is an advantage.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to use designing software like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Basic video editing skills to create engaging social media content.
  • Strong self-initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work during non-traditional hours when required.
  • Respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions.
