Key Account Supervisor

Overview

A reputable company in the mobile phone industry is looking for a KEY ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR to support in managing its team effectively and also achieving its set target; acquiring new partners, managing the relationship with existing partners to maximize profitability and achieve the stated sales target.


What You Will Do

  1. Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
  2. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal team.
  3. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
  4. Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
  5. Develop a complete understanding of key account needs
  6. Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
  7. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders and possible use in future case studies or company training
  8. Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  9. Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Excellent Market and competition Analysis, Business opportunity scanning, computer skills and good communication skills
  • Leadership skills, team management, analytical and interpersonal relationship
  • Passionate, self-discipline
  • 4 years + retail or channel work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
  • Candidates living in Accra are preferred
