A newly established multi-fruit processing company located in Kumasi is seeking energetic, performance-oriented and service-focused individuals for the following vacant position: General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the business
• Designs strategies and set goals for growth of the company
• Responsible for establishing company’s policies
• Building company’s image by collaborating with customers, government and employees
• Ensures employees are motivated and productive

Qualification Required & Experience

• BA/BSc in Business Administration or relevant field, MA/MSC is a plus
• Proven experience as GM or similar executive role
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Strong analytical ability
• Knowledge of business processes and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement and operations)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A 4-page vision statement is required
• Age Limit: Not more than 55 years
