Overview

A well-established Church in Accra is urgently looking for a Male Facility Manager to hire.

What You Will Do

1. Conduct inspection of all church property, buildings, and infrastructure periodically to identify immediate maintenance needs and present findings to the Head Pastor.
2. Ensure property, building, infrastructure and equipment are maintained in a safe and clean condition, available for use when needed.
3. Ensure the building and grounds are well presented and in a good state of repair.
4. Always ensure generators are in a good working state to power during church services and other events.
5. Check air conditioners to ensure they are in a good working state.
6. Ensure light bulbs are changed when needed.
7. Oversee and provide event coordination.
8. Ensure proper scheduling of set up for meetings, special events, worship, weddings, memorial services and other events.
9. Coordinate maintenance /repairs and provide oversight for work on property, buildings, infrastructure and equipment.
10. Put up a maintenance schedule for air conditioners, generators and any other equipment for smooth running of the church.
11. Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Head Pastor.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Male
• Age – 30 and above
• Live around Adenta, Madina, East Legon and its environs.
• HND/BSc in Facility Management
