Overview

A health and beauty company is looking to employ  Customer Service Associates to work with in their offices in Accra, Kumasi & Takoradi.

What You Will Do

1. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
2. Manage incoming calls
3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
4. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
5. Other duties that will be assigned

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Minimum of first Degree in Customer Service, Communication or related field
• Must have completed National Service
• Must be a Female 
• Must be between the ages of 18-27 years 
• Must be Single
• Applicants must reside in Accra/Kumasi/Takoradi
• Applicants must have taken the Covid vaccine 
• Applicants must be willing and available to be trained in Accra (all expenses on the company).
