• Search and select potential customers in the field of real estate rental and investment
• Consulting, providing customer care, taking customers to visit the project
• Promote brokerage, and coordinate with relevant departments in monitoring, negotiating, and organizing contract signing.
• Survey the market and competition level to update knowledge for the job.
• Make periodic reports according to company regulations.
• Perform other arising tasks assigned by management.
• Contribute ideas and improve the company’s service quality, operational quality, and competitiveness.
