What You Will Do

1. Initiate and activate organizations on system administrations and all services, with a detailed explanation of how the service will enable their operations and any additional services the organizations will recommend to suit their operations.
2. To educate the user or the organization on all products and services and to support any issue or request on the service provided to them in making it more user-friendly to their operations.
3. Should constantly check on the merchant or organization setup as their relations officer with a vivid plan in meeting all the client’s needs on the service provided.
4. Deployment of POS and vtompay cards will always be via invoice and memo with quantity to purchase for approval and release of items, either customized or vtompay card.
5. Weekly reporting is required at all various departments and each department should generate weekly revenue for their appraisal of the work being done. And monthly appraisal will be done before salaries are
   paid.
6. No other department’s role is to interfere with any other department’s role or duties, all duties must be carried on in achieving targets as expected by management.
7. Deployment of POS or installations of POS devices will be done by a technical officer in the Engineering department which should always be on the memo with timelines.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• BSc/BA in Marketing/Business Administration/relevant field
• Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach
