Overview

As a Field Sales & Marketing Representative of Moving Brands Limited, you will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, managing different sales and marketing initiatives. You will focus on distribution, promotion and channel development drive through database marketing, ensuring that all Moving Brands’ products are well diffused into all channels to achieve sales target
The strong relationships that you build with your accounts will allow you to be successful in this role.

What You Will Do

1. Develop channels to meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Responsible for identifying, recruiting and managing new customers and managing old accounts allocated to you for increased sales and profits in existing and new selling territories
3. Responsible for marketing and promoting the brands in your territories to achieve full channel coverage
4. Design and present tactical territory sales and marketing plans on a quarterly basis
5. Work with channel partners to develop and increase market share for our brands
6. Create and expand product knowledge to our channel partners, stylists/beauticians and consumers.
7. Be responsible for driving the business within your allocated territory
8. Daily, weekly & monthly reporting on key sales metrics, competitive information, and general territory activity.
9. You will spend 95% of your time on the field
10. You will be required to travel and also to take part in programmes at any time to promote the brands.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• DBS/HND/Bsc
• Experience marketing and selling hair and skin care products
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the FMCG industry
• Applicants must live in and around Spintex
