Job Purpose : To provide technical information on all drugs marketed in the organization to all stakeholders as well as make substantial sales on them.

Main Duties :

• Generate prescriptions from Medical Practitioners by scientific promotion of products
• Visit semi-wholesalers, doctors, pharmacy shops etc. as per schedule on daily basis to develop business
• Book orders from doctors, pharmacy shops, hospitals etc.
• Follow up on outstanding payments from pharmacies, chemical shops and other health facilities
• Sell all company products via van sales and issue invoices on every sale appropriately
• Collect all payments made on sales as well as overdue debts and issue receipts to cover amounts paid
• Observe and take information from the field on competitor activities to help Management strategize its sales and marketing activities
• Monitor product availability and movement in various dispensaries and advice technical team on them
• Conduct market surveys and analysis for the production and launching of new products
• Educate Sales Representatives on products to build their capacity to sell all product lines
• Present daily, weekly and possibly monthly reports on your operations on the field.
• Must be fluent in French language

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum HND with at least four (4) years related experience.
• Advance pharmacy counter assistant certificate with 3 years’ experience in sales.
•  Professional Marketing qualification(s) will be an advantage.
