HR & Administration Manager

Overview

WhiteCap Management Limited is a project development company with a strategic focus on Mining Support Services and Renewable Energy. As part of our growth, we are seeking a qualified and motivated HR & Administration Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and employee welfare.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage performance appraisals, payroll, and compliance.
  • Ensure efficient office administration and staff support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR & Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices
