Our client, a professional supplier of steel products is urgently looking to hire Sales and Marketing Officers.

What You Will Do

1.  Answering questions from prospective customers about online purchases and offline purchase processes.
2. Answering questions from existing customers about the company products.
3. Processing customer sales, refunds and returns.
4. Performing data entry duties about sales figures, metrics and other key data.
5. Reporting unusual activity to supervisors.
6. Updating customer records with new contact details and notes on support interactions.
7. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
8. Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• HND / Diploma holder.
• Must have knowledge in building and construction
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A strong work ethic
• A team spirit

What we can offer you

GHS 1,500 basic salary plus commission.
