A Reputable Firm is urgently looking for a Welder for immediate employment.

What You’ll do:

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools.
• Produce metal products according to customer or employer specifications.
• Use multiple welding machines to repair and maintain metal equipment and structures of various sizes.
• Read and interpret diagrams, sketches and blueprints to determine operations, required materials and project timeframes.
• Set up, operate and maintain welding equipment.
• Must understand and implement personal and company safety measures.
• Communication skills are essential to work with team members and conversing with customers and clients.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

•  At least an SHS certificate.
• Knowledge of grinding and packaging will be an added advantage.
• Must be well versed with safety standards in a factory.
• Exhibit the ability to work cautiously but efficiently.
• Possess physical strength and stamina required to stand, walk and lift for long periods of time.
• Experience: At least one year of experience in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in using a wide range of machines and equipment used in different production units will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate ability to use power tools safely and effectively.
