A multinational FMCG company is seeking to employ a Tracking Officer to work with.

What you will do:

• Operate the tracking system in order to monitor vehicles
• Ensure efficient vehicle utilization, maintenance and tracking
• Maintain contact with the relevant licensing authorities, the police and insurance companies on a range of issues relating to company cars
• Take relevant action in the event of incidents such as accidents or hijacking: Take statements in conjunction with TM (investigate)
• Liaise with regional representatives regarding implementation of tracking system
• Attend to the administration of the company’s car policy to ensure compliance
• Fuel card control: Administer fuel cards
• Accident and incident reporting
• Provide on-demand detailed reports of vehicles locations and times from the tracking system.
• Ensure tracking details installed on vehicles are in good working order and liaise with tracking installations engineers to rectify non-reporting devices.
• Gather tracking data to develop improvement plan for the system
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly tracking and performance reports
• Perform any other work related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to time by management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree / HND with three years experience
• Good working knowledge of tracking system /plications
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to treat information, data and records confidentially

Salary: GHC1,500 (Net)
