Job Profile

• A bilingual (able to speak and write English and French).
• Have Technical and Commercial knowledge in IT.
• Aptitude and technical capacity in presenting and handling of computer equipment.
• Management of Customers, Administrative Documents and Archives.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mails and phones calls.
• Liaise with Regional Team, Internal and External Customers effectively and efficiently for in all areas of the business for best results.
• Able to write letters, reports and minutes at meetings.
• Have the skills and commercial methods to market the products.
• Able to develop and implement a commercial action plan to win new customers and retain those already in the portfolio.
• Have a good sense of communication and good interpersonal skills.

Qualification and Experience

• Be a graduate of a BTS or DUT in Marketing, Communication and Commercial.
• Have 2 years of experience in the commercial field especially for IT products, IT solutions and technologies.
• Be very comfortable with computers.
• Have more or less advance knowledge in computer science
