Team Leader- Customer Service at A Reputable Company

We are an international sports betting company operating in the Ghanaian gaming industry seeking to fill various roles within our organization.

What You Will Do

  • Provide daily direction to customer care team so that customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
  • Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures.
  • Provide statistical and performance feedback to each team member.
  • Respond to and resolves employee relations issues expressed by team members.
  • Create and maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level. 
  • Assist with daily operation of the call center to include the development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, telemarketing, scheduling and reward/recognition programs.
  • Work as a member/leader of special or ongoing projects that are important to area/process improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer experience
  • Knowledge /Work experience in the sports betting industry – MUST
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
