Talent Attraction, Learning & Development Manager Needed

Overview

To strengthen our HR team, we are currently looking for a Talent Attraction, Learning & Development Manager.

What You Will Do

  1. You manage the recruitment and selection cycle for all positions.
  2. You select the right channels in order to recruit for the best talent.
  3. Follow up the progress on a regular basis.
  4. Make sure to position the company as an employer of choice on the labour market.
  5. Regarding talent development, you work out the long term succession planning aligned with the company business strategy and the internal development potential.
  6. Responsible for the performance management process and coordinate the implementation and regular reporting. In
  7. Close collaboration with the HR business partners, you manage the talent development review and succession planning process and coordinate the action planning related to it.
  8. Take the lead in further improving the process of learning and development needs analysis and coordinate the implementation of the learning plan.
  9. Make sure the company has an attractive training offer which supports the individual, team and organizational sustainable growth.
  10.  Follow up and monitor the efficiency of processes and practices and initiate actions for improvement
  11. As an HR Expert in Talent Management and Learning & Development, you take up a facilitating/coaching role within our organization.
  12. Coordinate/collaborate within new/ongoing HR projects.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Minimum of Degree HRM/ related field/Masters (added advantage(
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or a HR Talent specialist in the hospitality industry.
  • Must have passion for excellence and on a continuous basis.
  • Must have strong conceptual as well as execution skills.
  • Must have proven capabilities in assessment and development of human potential.
  • Must have good interaction and communication competencies with proficient language capabilities in Dutch and English.
  • Must have strong project management skills and are excited to collaborate permanently with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to monitor and introduce trends within your field of expertise.
