Overview

We are looking for a professional who is very fluent in French and English to provide our clients with support on the usage of business applications and also assist in digital marketing and B2b sales of our solutions.

What You Will Do

1. Creating valuable contents and blogs for our website This is a test detail. Replace with your content.
2. Generate leads via email campaign, cold calling,  SEO optimization & social media marketing
3. Conduct online and onsite demos/presentations for leads and potential clients
4. Follow up, negotiate and close deals
5. Prepare quotes and invoices for our clients and follow up to close sales
6. Install, setup / configure our software on customer system environment
7. Train customer system users on how to administer the system for their day to day operation
8. Prepare project implementation schedules/plans and project handover reports
9. Provide after-sales support via phone support, remote support, email support and onsite support to our customers

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Should be very fluent in French and English with good communication skills
• Should be a very smart & intelligent person who can pick up things fast
• Good in excel functions and should have basic knowledge in database
• Very good knowledge in IT his is a test detail. Replace with your content.
• Computer programming is a prerequisite
• Experience in the usage of accounting softwares, payroll software or any related business app is a plus
• Should be outspoken, confident and professional
• Should be able to work independently in a quiet environment from home
