Their duties include implementing hardware and software solutions, enhancing IT systems, and resolving technical issues. This position involves providing technical support assistance on issues and resolution to clients. resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Install Desktop  Business  Apps in  Server – Client Evnt- Or  As Standalone
• Setup / Configure System As Per Client Business Process
• Migrate / Import Client Data Using Excel
• Train Users on How to Use the App, To Achieve Required MGT Reports
• Train MGT On How to Access / Generate Required MGT Reports
• Uninstall Software
• Resolve Error Message
• Relicense Desktop Business Apps
• Issue License Extension for Business Apps
• Downgrading  Desktop Business Apps
• Creating New / Additional Formulas for  Clients using  our Payroll Software
• Analyzing client Database to find the root cause of problem and  Deploying Different  Options In Attempts to find solution to the problem
• Going for onsite Meetings with Client to defend Cases Where Client will blame us for not providing good support and letting the client  know is not our fault and give Proof / Reason Why is Their Fault for Application not Working well
• New User Training
• Re- Fresher Training
• Updating know – How in our Knowledge Base
• Preparing E-Manuals
• Preparing Digital Training Videos and uploading to our cloud data storage
• prepare Release notes
• Design Logos, Flyers, Complimentary cards & Banners in Support of our Digital Marketing operation.

Requirement Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Degree holder in IT or computer programming
• Knowledge in Graphic design , sql database and networking will be added advantage
• Knowledge in accounting software will be an added advantage
