Overview

We are a Ghanaian-based manufacturing Company producing all kinds of adhesive tapes, customized tapes, brooms and imported building materials. Candidates should have a working knowledge of the sale of Stationery, Shoe Polish, Clothes, Hanhers, Brooms, Mops, Adhesive Tapes, etc). The Sales Representative needs to build rapport easily and effectively with new and existing customers.

Duties/Tasks

• Selling of Company products to prospective clients.
• Identifying new sales opportunities, informing regular customers of new products, and meeting sales targets.
• Increasing sales by promoting products and analyzing competitor behaviour.
• Taking purchase orders, and collecting payments.
• Accounting for the safe and timely delivery of purchased products.
• Maintaining sales and delivery records, as well as meeting sales targets.
• Follow up on customer interaction and transactions
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Perform other duties assigned by your Supervisor
• Travel for visitation and market survey

Experience and Requirements

• Degree in Sales and Marketing or other related fields.
• Minimum qualification- Diploma or HND.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Motivation to work.
