Overview

We are a Ghanaian based manufacturing Company  producing all kinds of adhesive tapes and customized tapes ,brooms. The salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, helping them find items in the store, and ringing up purchases. Also known as a sales representative, a salesperson works in retail stores to assist customers with their purchases.

To be successful as a salesperson you must have excellent communication skills. A good salesperson meets sales objectives while remaining polite and helpful to customers.

Duties/Tasks

• Prospect for new customers and maintain existing ones
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Follow up on customer interaction and transactions
• Arrange packing and delivery of customers’ orders.
• Collection of payment from customers, cheque or cash.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide weekly report to the Supervisor
• Perform other duties assigned by your Supervisor
• Travel for visitation and market survey

Education and Experience, Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Sales and marketing or other related fields
• Minimum qualification- Diploma or HND
• A minimum of 2years experience

• Prior experience in retail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Motivation to work through busy shifts.

• Working time: 8:00am-12:pm ; 13:00pm-17:00 pm, five days a week
