We are a Ghanaian-based manufacturing Company  producing all kinds of adhesive tapes, customized tapes, brooms and imported building materials

Duties/Tasks

• Prospect for new customers and maintain existing ones
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Follow up on customer interaction and transactions
• Arrange packing and delivery of customers’ orders.
• Collection of payment from customers, cheque or cash.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide weekly report to the Supervisor
• Perform other duties assigned by your Supervisor
• Travel for visitation and market survey

Education and Experience, Requirement

• Minimum qualification- Diploma or HND
• A minimum of 2years of experience

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Motivation to work
