Job Summary
We are a manufacturing Company producing all kinds of adhesive tapes, customized Tapes, Brooms and imported Building and Hardware materials. The Team Leader should have specialized experience in the sale of Hardware products such as Roofing sheets, Roofing Nails, headpans, etc. COMMODITIES SUCH AS CARPET, TORCHLIGHT, BROOM, ETC and must be conversant with the Product in the market.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Selling of Company products.
- Identifying new sales opportunities, informing regular customers of new products, and meeting sales targets.
- Increasing sales by promoting products and analyzing competitor behaviour.
- Keeping track of and structuring various tasks for team members.
- Distributing information to team members.
- Accounting for the safe and timely delivery of purchased products.
- Maintaining sales and delivery records.
- Follow up on customer interaction and transactions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Perform other duties assigned by your Supervisor
- Travel for Customer visitation and market survey
Qualification and Experience:
- Degree in Sales and Marketing or other related fields.
- Minimum qualification- Higher National Diploma(HND)
- A minimum of 1-3 years Experience in the sale of Hardware products and commodities.
- Field Sales experience.
- Specialized in the sale of Hardware products and commodities
- Conversant with the Products on the Market.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivation to work.
