Job Description
Relationship Executive (RE) also known as Sales executive, is a part of the Consumer Business Unit (CoBU) and work as a Sales executive with WaterHealth Ghana. The prime responsibility of a Relationship Executive (RE) is to monitor, control and drive profitability (sales) of the assigned plants in terms of Sales, Customer Service, Quality and Operations. Hence, Relationship Executive (RE) directly supervise the Operator and are responsible for the sales and marketing of water at the WHCs. However, in the absence of Operators they take on the responsibilities of plant operations.
Relationship Executive (RE) generally reports to the Cluster Head (CH). All three members: BA (Business Associate), RE and CH together work as one team.
