A reputable real estate firm is looking for purpose driven and goal oriented individuals as real estate agents and sales executives. Real estate sales executives help clients buy or sell properties. They work for real estate brokers who are licensed to manage real estate businesses. Sales executives use their knowledge of the local property market and their experience of property pricing to find homes that match their clients’ needs.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Generate leads.
• Effectively market the company’s services to the general public.
• Learn to effectively broker profitable deals.
• Work hand in hand with other agents to achieve results.
• Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.
• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.

Requirement / Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is WASSCE.
• Degree, HND, Diploma highly preferred.
• Knowledge in real estate management is a plus.
• Experience in real estate management.
• Very good incentives.
• Appropriate working conditions.
