Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver software projects that meet our quality standards and client expectations. You will oversee the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Project Management, business, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience in the software development industry is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a plus but not mandatory.
