A newly established multi-fruit processing company located in Kumasi is seeking energetic, performance-oriented and service-focused individuals for the following vacant position: Production Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the processing plant
• Maps out strategy to ensure efficiency amongst workers in the plant
• Oversee the maintenance, repairs and smooth running of plant
• Maintains accurate inventory of raw fruits and processed finished products
• Set production targets and implement action plan to achieve set targets
• Monitors production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards

Qualification Required & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing Engineering or Biochemistry/HND holders with considerable industry experience
• At least 5 years experience in food or beverage processing plant
• Skills in coordinating or directing activities of fruits processing personnel
• Ability to achieve production targets within set time frame
