As an operation Trainee, you are responsible for installing customers device and making sure they are working perfectly.

Responsibilities

• Following the sales schedule diligently to install device for customers that has already made payment.
• Survey customers location and identify the good place to install the device.
• Make sure internet is well installed and up to the company standard.
• Promote the company services.
• Talk to customers step by step on how to use the device.
• Configure the company outdoor unit before installing

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Sc/HND in Engineering or Applied Sciences (2.1 or upper credit)
• Sound knowledge of networking
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Ability to Support Customers at all time.
• Ability to withstand pressure team, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
