Office Administrator

Overview

Our client, an embassy, is actively seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented office administrator to join their team.

As an office administrator, you shall be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.

The ideal candidate must have outstanding communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

What You Will Do

  1. Welcome guests, respond to phone calls and emails, and forward inquiries to the relevant department or employee based on the type of request.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for team members, external partners, suppliers, and vendors.
  3. Assist in creating a warm and supportive environment for new team members during their onboarding process.
  4. Coordinate events, team meetings, accommodation and travel, and schedules.
  5. Manage office supplies and equipment to maintain organization and efficiency.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • A minimum of a diploma in business administration or any related discipline.
  • Proven experience in office administration, executive assistance, or related roles.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and the capacity to successfully manage several priorities.
  • A proactive attitude that prioritizes diversity and fosters a supportive team culture.
  • The ability to be diplomatic and discreet in keeping information confidential.
