Overview

A reputable pharmaceutical company is searching for young, confident, outgoing, persistent and self-motivated Medical Sales Rep to join their team of professionals to deliver quality healthcare services. The Medical Sales Rep will increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products.

What You Will Do

1. Organize appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff.
2. Identify and establish new business
3. Negotiate contracts
4. Demonstrate or present products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists
5. Undertake relevant research on company products and competitors
6. Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals pertaining to company products
7. Write reports and other documents

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Degree in Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Science, Chemistry
• Excellent listening and communication skills with good interpersonal relations.
• Ability to keep records and write simple and basic reports of activities.
• Ability to work long hours with minimum supervision.
• Ability to supervise other people.
• Experience in sales will be an advantage.
• Language; Fluency in English (mandatory) and any other Ghanaian language(s).
