Overview

Asspire Technologies Ltd, an IT firm based in Ghana is seeking the services of a well talented, energetic and motivated individual to be employed as the Marketing Manager to take full responsibility of our in-country marketing of products and services. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of planning and implementing our Ghanaian sales and marketing strategy for our Hospital and School Management Systems in Ghana.

What You Will Do

1. Take the lead in marketing company’s flagship products including hospital management systems, School management systems, networking and other IT security products.
2. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
3. Conduct periodic customer research, market conditions and competitor data which will inform key management decisions and strategies.
4. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
5. Up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends
6. Expand Asspire Technologies Ltd digital footprint and brand awareness
7. Analyze customer and market needs to determine if additional versions of existing products are required
8. Oversee creation of marketing materials and tools for sales
9. Take the lead in training other sales staff and effectively carry out monitoring of their activities.
10. Take the lead in radio and TV stations in marketing and promoting organizational materials.

Key Competencies Required

• Practical knowledge of sales of IT products and services including;
  • Hospital Management Systems (HMS)
  • School Management Systems (SMS)
  • Networking, Domain/Hosting Services
  • Etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Practical knowledge and experience with online sales

 Academic Requirement and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field from a recognized academic institution OR HND in Marketing or related field from a recognized academic institution.
• Degree Holders: A minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in a IT products or related marketing or advertising position.
• HND Holders: A minimum of 4 years’ practical experience in a IT products or related marketing or advertising position.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Prior Hospital and School Management Systems sales experience will be an added advantage.
• English (Any Ghanaian Language – Twi, Ga, etc.)
