A multinational manufacturing company is looking to employ an experienced Marketing Communications Supervisor with experience in the manufacturing industry to work with

Immediate Supervisor: BMMC Marketing Communication Manager

What You Will Do

1. Exclusive Shop: Assist Marketing Specialist to prepare building materials, provide application for exclusive shop, coordinate the resources of the store construction party and promote the supervision of store construction work. Target: Finish at 16 exclusive shop construction and product display by the end of this year.
2. New Product Display: According to the new products every month, arrange material distribution, product sample loading, and assist the shopping guide of the exclusive shop to submit the store inspection report.        Target: Before the 25^th of every month, ensure that all exclusive shop to complete the submission of shop inspection reports.
3. Team Management and Coaching: Empower the team at any time, manage the team and arrange work tasks reasonably.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years in a Supervisory role in the manufacturing industry
• Capability: Team management and team player, communication skills, events organization ability, ability to withstand stress.
• Interpersonally: Proactively to communicate and take the responsibility.
• Must have experience in Sales, Marcom, and marketing related manufacturing industry experience
• Must have working knowledge in PPT and Excel
• Applicants must not be older than 37 years
