Overview

A reputable restaurant in the Ashanti Region is looking to employ a Manager to work with immediately.

What You Will Do

1. Coordinate the operations of the company ensuring that the supermarket and restaurant staff are working as
   a team.
2. Recruit, train, supervise, manage and evaluate performance of each staff and provide appropriate feedback.
3. Manage budgets and maintain statistical & financial records.
4. Analyze, interpret and plan the company’s sales levels to maximize profitability.
5. Manage stock levels and make key decisions about inventory control.
6. Respond to customer complaints and comments.
7. Organize marketing activities such as special promotional events and discount schemes.
8. Comply with licensing laws, directives from regulatory authorities and other legal requirements.
9. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
10. Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
11. Provide directions and guidance to the staffs in their assigned job duties and ensure specific tasks are given to specific employees.
12. Manage product storage and rotation activities to reduce spoilage and damages.
13. Perform inventory control to avoid over stock and low stock.
14. Follow and enforce store policies and security measures and provide excellent customer service for sales
    growth.
15. Ensure that all products are properly tagged and labelled.
16. Ensure that grocery shelves are maintained clean, safe, appealing and well organized.
17. Develop positive shopping experience with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
18. Plan and coordinate menus by working closely with the head chef.
19. Estimating cost and ensuring all purchases come within budget.
20. Laising with the relevant companies for food orders.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Diploma or HND in Hospitality Management
• Female preferred but a suitably qualified male will also be considered
• Similar experience in restaurant, supermarket.
• Basic ICT skills (entering data into computer)
• Basic accounting skills
