Overview

A microcredit company is looking to employ a Loan Officer to work with immediately.

What You Will Do

1. Will be responsible for overall activities of groups’ formation.
2. Must oversees 3 to 4 groups per day, 5 days of the week and collects weekly cash collaterals and installments
3. Must collect weekly security deposit from the organized groups
4. Must prepare a half yearly plan for loan disbursement to groups members
5. Must disburse loans following the set rules and regulations of the company
6. Will be responsible for the collection of installment from loan disbursed on weekly basis
7. Must complete a loan application form before loan disbursement, daily realizable and realized information sheet must be completed.
8. Must develop techniques to collect all default loan or late payment to reduce overdue loan

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Minimum Qualification: HND/Degree
• Good communication skills
• Must reside in and around Mamobi, Alajo, Pig farm, Nima
