Key Account Supervisor

Overview

Support in managing the team effectively to achieve set targets; acquiring new partners and management of the relationship with existing partners to maximize profitability and achieve the stated sales target


What You Will Do

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
  2. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and the internal team.
  3. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
  4. Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
  5. Develop a complete understanding of key account needs
  6. Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
  7. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, and stakeholders and possible use in future case studies or company training
  8. Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  9. Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Excellent in Market and competition Analysis, Business opportunity scanning, computer skills and good communication skills
  • Leadership skills, team management, analytical and interpersonal relationship
  • Passionate, self-discipline
  • 4 years + retail or channel work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
  • Candidates living in Accra are preferred
