Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Increase the awareness and presence of the Jumia Force network in the regions.
  • Train Jumia Force consultants on Jumia Force basics.
  • Re-train and guide active consultant to level up.
  • Create a sense of belonging & develop Jumia Force consultants’ B2C strategies in the region.
  • Address Jumia Force consultants’ specifics issues.
  • Creation of daily field reports
  • Proactively recommend creative communications for Jumia Force consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven and demonstrable Field Work & Sales experience with a strong portfolio
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Ability to understand sales dynamics and present creative solutions, as well as communicate and present ideas
  • Highly proficient and able to prioritise workflow
  • Professionalism, attention to details and deadline oriented
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and improve – no big egos required.
