Human Resource Manager is an HR professional who serves as the leader of a company’s human resources team or department. Human Resource Manager develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities.

What You Will Do

1. Train employees at both restaurants to understand the demands of each job role.
2. Recruitment and Selection of new applicants (including interviewing applicants)
3. Certification and testing of Kitchen Staff
4. Successful orientation and on-boarding programs for new employees
5. HR trains managers on how best to handle HR matters that can be resolved without the assistance of the HR department
6. Compensation and Benefits of employees
7. Surveying and setting competitive wages for all staff
8. Maintains the restaurant’s compliance with government employment regulations
9. Employee Conflict resolution
10. Prepare job offers and employment contracts
11. Ensure our restaurant staff complies with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• BSc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
• Previous experience working in HR management for 2 years at SMBs/corporate level
• In-depth knowledge of HR operations and analytics
• Familiarity with labor law rules and regulations
• Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Restaurant experience is a plus
