A fast-growing fast food franchise in Accra is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to handle all human resource activities.

What You Will Do

1. Responsible for all strategic & operational functions of HR
2. Responsible for ensuring all staff policies, procedures, & disciplinary actions are adhered to & revised continually with the Labour Laws of Ghana
3. Responsible for talent management including end to end recruitment & training of staff
4. Develop & monitor all employee KPIs & ensure staff performance are evaluated in accordance to the identified KPIs
5. Assess training needs of departments & individual employees & conduct/source training where necessary
6. Provide expert guidance on all employee & labour relations matters, compliance & people risk management
7. Record attendance & overtime, & oversee payroll before compensation is paid
8. Manage all compensation & benefits relating to staff
9. Organize and maintain employee records
10. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts
11. Create weekly staff schedule
12. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Previous experience working in HR management in the hospitality industry
• In-depth knowledge of HR operations and analytics
• Familiarity with labor law rules and regulations
• Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
