A school requires the service of a housemistress for its small boarding facility.

Role Summary:

Responsible for the overall leadership and smooth running of the House, the supervision, guidance and the safety and welfare of the students.

Responsibility

• The House Mistress is responsible for the overall leadership and smooth running of the House, the supervision, guidance and, above all, the safety and welfare of the students. The role involves working closely with other members of teaching staff across the school, as well as administrative staff and the wider community of auxiliary staff that helps with the establishment of a fair, productive and happy, social and working boarding environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
