Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing creative projects that feed into the Department’s deliverables, covering a range of marketing, and company activities, including digital marketing, integrated marketing campaigns.

What You Will Do

1. Research project scope and develop compelling creative concepts for digital and print application;
2. Adapt company marketing campaign artwork for various marketing channels; email, print social, digital, wed site, etc.;
3. Organize and maintain digital files, proof projects for errors, ensure files are set up and transferred properly;
4. Prepare designs, artwork and copy layouts for marketing materials including social media creative (ex. Images for Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc.);
5. Produce graphics, figures, exhibits, covers, presentations, document layouts and other design collateral;
6. Research and design information graphics, data visualizations and other graphics;
7. Support brand execution and brand storytelling with visuals that could go across digital, video and print;
8. Update and maintain an existing library of presentations and images;
9. Provide a creative point of view and persuasive presentation skills to support staff;
10. Produce web and print-ready files for collateral, web, advertising, tradeshows, seminars and conferences, email, press kits, and other marketing initiatives;
11. Undertake website design and content management responsibilities.
12. Any other duties assigned.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Bachelor degree in design, graphic communications, arts or other related majors
• Three (3) to four (4) years of marketing communications experience with a hands-on role in the design
• Good command over written and spoken English
• Creative talents, and possess the ability to solve tough problems
• Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3-D software
• Good management, expertise in prioritizing, multi-tasking and performing assignments with minimal supervision
• Must be 20 – 30 years of age.
