A reputable furniture manufacturing company in Ghana is looking for an experience, top-notch showroom attendant for immediate employment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain a clean showroom
• Ascertain customers’ purchasing needs and requirements
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits to customers
• Follow all companies policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Proven working experience in Customer service role and Showroom is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• A minimum of an HND certificate from a reputable school is required
• Should be able to type and perform office duties
• Must look presentable
• Should be smart and eloquent
• Age limits (22-26) years old.

NOTE: Applicants should be residing in Madina and its environs due to job location.
