A reputable company is looking for Enumerators in Accra and Kumasi for an alcoholic beverages project.

Profile:

The enumerators will collect census data for our client. They walk from outlet to outlet in informal markets to capture outlet information based on a predefined survey.
They must identify themselves and ask the outlet contact person to participate in the survey. They ask the contact person questions and enter the information themselves on handheld devices that the company provides. Their task might also include verifying existing information (such as outlet names or addresses) and correcting this information if necessary.

Tasks / Responsibilities

• Enquire outlet contact persons about a variety of information based on a survey.
• Record the provided answers accurately on a phone, without making any errors such as spelling errors.
• Take photos of the outlets on the phone.
• Build relationships with outlet contact persons.
• Recognize and give an account of issues in obtaining data.
• Discuss developments daily.

Qualifications

• Enumerators need to be able to read, write, and speak English and the specific region’s local language well.
• Should be able to use technology (i.e. type information in a phone).
• Must be comfortable working for an alcoholic beverage project (that means, not have any personal or religious objections towards the sale of alcoholic beverages).
