A reputable Organization in kumasi is seeking  for a Customer Service Executive for immediate employment. You will create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the team. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for the selection of staff in the hiring process and ensure that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers. Also known as a customer service executive, customer support executives manage a team of customer support representatives and maintain customer satisfaction. They ensure that the team is adequately trained to promote excellent customer service.

To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. These skills will prove invaluable when mentoring the representatives in your team and mediating with customers. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Follow up on customer interaction and transactions
• Process orders and other requests.
• Run errands on behalf of the company when due.
• Answer emails

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• A Minimum of first Degree or Diploma is required
• At least 1 year working experience in a similar role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Strong understanding of company’s products, policies and services
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
• Excellent telephone Etiquette
• Analytical, efficient and thorough
• Ability to Multi task
• The person should be able to use computer applications such as word, excel
