Job Overview

We are seeking for a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers. Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

Job Functions

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
•  Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
•  Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
•  Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
•  Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
•  Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
•  Go the extra mile to engage customers
•  Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
•  Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
