Client Service Executive

What You Will Do

As a Client Service Executive, you will be our company’s first point of contact. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling mail.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve or escalate complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in the coordination of office events and activities.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • A minimum of HND in Secretaryship, Business Administration, or Management, as well as knowledge and experience in Office Management, is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive with a clientele of C-suite in nature
  • Word processing and typing skills
  • Experience with social media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
  • Friendly and proactive approach to customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Note: Proficient in English, two of the Northern Languages is required. Ewe, Twi and Ga are also pluses French and Ga. Languages from Northern Ghana is a plus
