Overview

The Judicial Service of Ghana is seeking for a applications from suitably qualified persons for the following vacant position as Client Service /Complaint Officers. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Duties include

•  Assessing complaints and taking appropriate action, including taking additional statements from complainants and their witness (if required) and in appropriate circumstances as set out from the person complained against
• Compiling and submitting cases and and/or files to the Supervising High Court
•  Keeping track go all complaints
•  Preparing and submitting monthly reports
•  Performing any other duty that may be assigned from time to time
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration from a recognized accredited institution
•  Computer literacy in Microsoft Office application and use of the internet
•  Good interpersonal skills
•  High level of integrity
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Experience working with customer support.
