Overview

A technical institute based in Germany who are in the process of setting up a technical center in Ghana is seeking to employ a Center Administrator to work with. The institute will be providing training in the areas of refrigeration and Air-condition technology. They are also focused on servicing, maintenance, and installation of cooling equipment from private to industrial capacity.

What you will do:

• Establish and manage correspondence with external parties/partners
• Ensure all compliant or regulatory document are obtained and are up to date
• Keeping records and preparing reports on the operation of the institute
• Establishing and carrying out different operational policies, goals, and procedures
• Managing the general activities that are related to providing our core training services
• Serving as the interlink between the Managing Partners, employees, and external partners
• Directing and managing the institute’s training marketing and promotion
• Daily and weekly report to Management
• Research and introduce new ways to improve on existing business models through technology
• Ensure to carry out other related tasks as would be assigned

Requirements 

• Ability to work under pressure/multitask
• Ability to work without supervision
• Education qualification or experience in technical institution is an added advantage
• Has a driving license is an advantage
• A team player
• Microsoft office competence
