NMJ GHANA is a 360 Agency and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Business Developer to join our team.
This position is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career in Business Development and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. As part of the Business Development and Innovations Department, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to increase the company’s market share and profit. In charge of revenue generation for the company

What You Will Do

• Developing the business, basically bringing in new clients
• Marketing the company to potential clients
• Managing client accounts
• Planning and implementing brand activation plans across different accounts
• In charge of sponsorship soliciting for the organization
• Handling all marketing activities and projects for the company’s clients
• Selling the services of the company enough to attract companies enough to sponsor our major events
• Writing proposals, proof reading, presenting and making follow-ups to win potential clients
• Bringing new and trendy ideas to the company that will generate more revenue
• Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects and services of the company’s activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• A First Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in same role
• Ability to convince clients to patronize the company’s services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
