Overview

A multinational manufacturing company is looking to employ an experienced BMMC Sales Manager with experience in the building material industry to work with.

Traveling Frequency: one week per one or two months

What You Will Do

1. Sales Management: Develop new customers, solve customer issue, push sales team to achieve the sales target, and follow up the AR. Target: Achieve production target and sales target.
2. Team Management: Manage the sales team daily tasks, manage the business risk
3. Communication: communicate well with finance, warehouse and planning departments to solve the issue that happened during business process.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Minimum of a Degree in Marketing/Business Management/Project Management or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience
• Must have at least 6 years of relevant experience in the building material industry
• Must have working knowledge using Excel PPT Word & MS Word
• Must have some experience with Project Management
• Capability: has strong cross-function communication skills, a closed-loop management mindset, has self-driven attitude to be the task stakeholder, be proactive and strong planning ability, to well-organised the work plan; has outstanding leadership, can motivate the team to achieve the target.
